New Album by Vortex Kollectief: ‘In Search Of Bo Star’

Release date: April 24, 2025

“Featuring the extraordinary talents of Andrew Moren (guitar), Jonathan Ho Chin Kiat (bass), Jonathon Haffner (sax), and Maïmouna (vocals), and driven by the visionary compositions of drummer Gregory Eric Smith, Vortex Kollectief crafts a vibrant soundtrack that captures the irony of earthly experiences while exploring the mysteries of the cosmos for good measure.

Rooted in jazz, infused with electronica, and layered with intricate soundscapes, Vortex Kollectief redefines its musical landscape with each performance. Their music purposefully transcends conventional genres, blending experimental noise, deep ambience, and Smith’s quasi-pop/film-noir production touch.

Get ready for a sonic adventure that will leave you spellbound and eager for more!”
